Seminar Paper Requirement

Seminars are a requirement of the CU Law curriculum. These generally require a student to write a scholarly paper on a legal topic. Students on Law Review may also be required to write a Note, an academic piece of writing. Academic or scholarly legal research and writing differs from research and writing done for legal practice. This guide provides advice on finding a topic and researching for scholarly legal writing.
