Law Library Access

This guide provides information for non-law CU faculty, staff, and students, members of the bench and bar, and members of the general public on how to access the Law Library's collection.

Access Rules

The William A. Wise Law Library and Wolf Law building is open to the general public:

Monday - Friday: 7am to 7pm

Saturday - Sunday: 9am to 5pm

For all CU students, faculty, and staff:

Monday - Friday: 7am to 7pm

                            7pm to 10pm (Buff OnCard Access Only)

Saturday - Sunday: 9am to 5pm

                                9pm to 10pm

CU Affiliates with a current library account may request Library materials for pickup at another CU library via our catalog. For information on pickup locations, see University Libraries.

 

 

Beginning Friday, Oct. 3, 2025, the north and east entrances to the Wolf Law building will be Buff OneCard access only. Members of the general public visiting the Law Library must enter the building through the south entrance. Please see the Law Library’s current hours for daily hours and special closures.
