Resources on Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization

Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization

On June 24, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States issued its opinion in Dobbs v. Jackson Women's Health Organization, overruling Roe v. Wade and Planned Parenthood v. Casey and finding that the U.S. constitution does not confer a right to an abortion.

This guide provides links to the Dobbs decision and relevant Colorado laws, as well as resources discussing the impact of the decision in Colorado and across the United States. This guide also provides links to some of the scholarship of Colorado law faculty on abortion and reproductive rights.

This guide is modeled on Tarlton Law Library's guide of the same name. Other research guides that may be of interest include this UC San Diego guide on federal responses to Roe v. Wade and the Dobbs decision.
