The U.S.Congressional Serial Set, including the American State Papers, is a series of reports and documents published by Congress.  It's called the Serial Set because it was published in serial fashion... meaning that there are more than 15,000 volumes in this series now!

You can easily see if your library has all or part of the U.S. Serial Set Digital Collection by looking at the Advanced Search form.   Check the Limit To box in the middle of the page.
