Overview

Justice Jackson has been confirmed by the U.S. Senate on three separate occasions. She was confirmed by Congress in 2009 to be the Vice Chair of the U.S. Sentencing Commission, in 2012 to be a U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia, and in 2021 to be a U.S. Court of Appeals Judge for the District of Columbia Circuit.
