Introduction

Food law explores the legal systems that regulate the production, sale, and consumption of food. Common topics of food law include food safety, labeling, genetically modified organisms, environmental concerns, sales regulation, intellectual property rights, and the international regulation of food. This guide will specifically refer to resources that may be useful in the Food Law & Policy seminar.
